"I HAVE OUR AUTO INSURANCE DIRECT DEBITED FROM OUR ACCOUNT EACH MONTH I HAVE BEEN PULLED OVER TWICE SAYING THAT I HAVE NO INSURANCE WHEN IN FACT I DO THEY ARE DEDUCTING THE AMOUNT FOR THE INSURANCE AND NOT REPORTING IT"

"Gladys is absolutely amazing. Fast service. Explained everything. Very knowledgeable. I sent her a message this morning asking her to bundle my automobile and life insurance policies on my children. By 1pm contracts were signed and we were fully covered! She even went the extra mile, listed to my personal experiences, gave advice and made me feel seen!! These are the type of representatives you want when choosing to cover your family!!! 🥰"

"I was with Mark for years and changed agents after switching employment locations. I called and spoke with Lauren a couple weeks ago about a quote and possibly switching back and she said well I will have to call you in a couple days being we’re not your agent. Several “couple” of days have passed and still no call back. I guess when you switch they don’t want/need your business anymore so you aren’t a priority to them. Let’s not forget to mention they WILL NOT let you speak with Mark on the phone either!"

"I had an excellent experience and received a quote very quickly. I originally reached out just for homeowners insurance, but Sandra and Lauren explained how I could save an additional 35% by bundling my home and auto policies. I was insured with another agency, and they were able to get me a quote for more than half of what I was previously paying—with the same coverage. They answered all my questions and provided the most helpful and informative guidance I needed. Highly recommend!"
